It is excellent to see Huckerby in the goals. He was unstoppable at times in England (especially for Manchester City and Norwich) and it it pleasing to see him being a success in the MLS. Have injuries plagued him a bit this season though? I haven't seen as much about him as I did last year.

As maddeningly as it can be in the good times, in the bad times it can be a comfort to remember how unpredictable soccer games can be. So fingers crossed, anything is possible, perhaps.

Just to point out something nit-picky, Convey's games for Reading were in the Championship and the Premier League, not the "Champions and Premier leagues."

Terrific match report.

Any thoughts on the Convey v. Shalrie match-up midfield? Was there bad blood there by the end of the match or was it just typical frustration with a game not going well? Seemed like they were at each other...
